This program is designed as the perfect bridge for those ready to move towards consistent, results-driven coaching. Each month, you'll receive training plans tailored to your gym or home setup, alongside a detailed macro split and a recommended food sources list to take the guesswork out of your nutrition. With in- app check-ins and options for technique refinement sessions, this tier provides the essential structure and accountability needed to build a lasting fitness base.
Our most popular fitness program is designed for clients serious about achieving fast, noticeable results. You receive fully custom programming tailored to your fitness needs, priority support, and the key benefit of weekly in-person check-ins for local clients, maximizing your progress with the guidance of a personal trainer and nutrition guidance.
Our online coaching offers a fully customised fitness program, updated every 3 weeks, along with priority support for any inquiries (24-hour response time). This online or hybrid package includes personalised nutrition guidance with specific caloric and macro targets, as well as advice on nutrient timing to enhance your fitness journey. We also provide accountability through weekly 15-minute check-ins via video, call, or in-person for local clients.
ℹ️ Essential Disclosures: Please review the following key points regarding all coaching packages for our fitness program: Pricing Structure: The listed price range for Tiers 1-3 reflects the client's choice: the lower price is for the Online-Only option, and the higher price is for the Hybrid Option which includes specified in-person/live video session(s) with a personal trainer. Session Location: All in-person sessions are conducted at [Your Designated Location/Gym]. Travel fees may apply for distances exceeding [50 km]. Session Expiration: Included and purchased additional in-person sessions must be used within the current monthly billing cycle and do not roll over.
