Our Online Coaching program includes a Pre-Built Monthly Training Plan that is updated every 4 weeks. You will receive Basic Communication with a 48-hour response time, and our services are available online only. As part of our fitness program, we offer Nutrition Guidance that includes a detailed macro split and a recommended food sources list. For those interested in a Hybrid Option, it includes a 60-minute in-person technique review session. The cost is $225 per month for the Hybrid Option. We also provide accountability through weekly 15-minute check-ins via video, call, or in-person for local clients. For those interested in a more interactive experience, our hybrid option includes 2x 60-minute in-person training or online training sessions for just $525 per month.
